Boxercise®

 

Boxercise is a registered trademark and Boxercise Corporations hold the Boxercise trademark for the UK, Europe, China, Taiwan, and United States of America in addition to having licensees in other countries that run our Boxercise Instructor Training courses. Use of the name Boxercise to describe any fitness activity or product can only be granted by ourselves. Any instructor teaching an activity called Boxercise, or anything similar sounding, must be registered with Boxercise to do so. Breach of these trademarks will result in prosecution. Members of the public can check an instructor’s right to use the name Boxercise and that they are qualified, by selecting ‘Search for Qualified Instructors’ in the menu above. The Boxercise qualification is recognised worldwide and is regarded as the world’s number one boxing fitness qualification.

 

By purchasing and completing a Boxercise course, attendee confirm and understand:

• They may not teach anyone else to teach this exercise concept whether they call it Boxercise or any similar name
• Non-registered Boxercise Instructor cannot stand in for my class / training session and call it Boxercise.
• I will not share any course material. Pre or post course resources that I receive in any format at any time.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to pay my annual registration fee to Boxercise to remain registered as a Boxercise Instructor and many only use the name Boxercise and logo’s if I practise safely and remain registered.
• I will not set up in competition with Boxercise nor teach ANY similarly Boxing or Martial Arts Based concept via an instructor training course to other person.

Breach of any regulations contravenes Statutory Trademark Rights owned by Boxercise and renders me liable for prosecution. Boxercise will vigorously protect its intellectual property rights.

 

 

Boxercise Annual Registration Fee

 

As a company Boxercise requires each individual who has completed and passed the Boxercise course to pay an annual licence fee of £40.00. This enables instructors to utilise the trademark name and to be added to the register of Boxercise instructors and access a range of resources. The onus is on the instructor to pay for this annual license fee and not the instructor’s workplace. This then gives registered instructors the opportunity to work wherever they wish and not to be restricted to only one place or work. On passing the course we will send you a PayPal subscription payment link for you first year’s registration fee. If your workplace wishes to pay for you, we can invoice them on receipt of an official purchase order.

 

In addition to using the Boxercise trademark name the annual license fee entitles Boxercise registered instructors to the following services:

• to be on the list of registered Boxercise instructors on our website thus enabling the public to ensure their instructor has been taught by a recognised body
• to advertise their services on our website so that the public can find instructors via a postcode search
• to receive reduced rates on Boxercise equipment
• Use of promotional materials and logo’s
• to attend a free refresher course once per year for each qualification they hold – this helps maintain continuing standards of professionalism
• to receive telephone advice through head office
• to receive email newsletters
• to attend any annual masterclass
• Certificate/Manual/Course Refresher Online Video (s)
• Facebook – Registers Instructor Exclusive page for Support and Information.
• Access to the Boxercise Kids Awards and Boxercise footwork training system

After passing the Boxercise course and payment of your annual registration fee you will receive a congratulations email with login details to the Boxercise website where you will be able to access the instructor exclusive area and download your Boxercise certificate, manual, promotional material and watch the online refresher video (these details are usually emailed within 10 days).  If you do not pay your Boxercise annual registration fee you will not be entitled to any of the above benefits.

 

N.B: Please note if you pay your annual registration fee by standing order or the PayPal annually re-occurring subscription it is your responsibility to cancel this in the future if you no longer wish to remain a registered instructor at the same time as informing us

 

Standing order Cancellation

With a standing order rather than a direct debit we cannot change any payment details and your bank will not take any instruction from us to cancel it so please contact them directly if you need to cancel. 

PayPal Re-Occurring Subscription Cancellation

Log in to your PayPal account. Click Settings near the top of the page. Click Payments.

Click Manage pre-approved payments. Click Cancel or Cancel automatic billing and follow the instructions.
